All MALU orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Processing time
Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and dispatch it within 24–48 hours. Every glass is wrapped with extra care to make sure it reaches you safely — because handblown glassware deserves nothing less.
Shipping & delivery
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro & standard locations: 4–7 business days
- Rural & regional locations: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery windows from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
A note on timing
Delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as Australia Post delays, public holidays, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience if things take a little longer during busy times.
International shipping
As our products are handblown glass, we currently only ship within Australia. We're unable to offer international shipping at this time to ensure every order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
